Here are the reasons my husband and I highly recommend Turn Key Modular
Homes with Scott McKay:

1) Scott and his family live what they preach, in a modular home.
2) Turn Key Modular was very accommodating to our custom house design. We
submitted our own set of blue prints and Turn Key matched them almost 100%
3) The building process was straight forward and seamless. Scott's solid
relationships with his sub-contractors resulted in work done well and in a
timely fashion.
4) Turn Key offers superior customer service. Scott is very knowledgeable
about the houses he sells, questions are welcomed and answered, paperwork is
well kept and organized and all phone calls are
returned promptly. While no project runs perfectly, any issues that came
up were corrected immediately. For example, One of our toilets did not flush
properly. Scott had the building company
send one of their employees to replace the entire toilet. This modular
gentleman could not have been more pleasant and happy to do his job. It was
quite refreshing.

We have been living in our modular home for over a year now and we are
proud of it. Thank you to Scott and Linda for doing such a great job.
