My name is Scott McKay and as the owner of Turn-Key Modular Homes and a life-long Long Island resident, I can relate to local needs. Turn-Key Modular Homes has built over 100 homes since 1993.

With the prices of homes sky rocketing, it has been my pleasure to help so many families save time and money. Turn-key has also produced many customized homes, with plans that can be developed to meet each buyer’s individual needs.
 

I will never forget my own reluctance to build a modular home for myself, thinking it was little more than a trailer. Boy, was I wrong, not only did I purchase my own modular home,
I began building them, and working hard to help people have the home of their dreams at affordable prices.
